The team at the Table Bay Kitchen are working hard to make sure that our menu selections dont harm the environment. Executive Chef Dallas recently used the SASSI seafood guide to search out some new products in Cape Town.

SASSI works with the WHF to grade our fish resources into GREEN ( safe to serve ) Orange ( Serve with Caution) and Red ( No Sale).
