What’s on the Menu?
Executive Chef, Dallas Orr has put together a sinful buffet selection of decadent dishes including; Mozambique Coco Madeline with candied lime, lemon macaroons with a satin chocolate filling, white chocolate mousse with passion fruit and milk chocolate tiramisu with amoretti biscuits. Favourites like chocolate brownies, chocolate éclairs and brandied chocolate mousse are also on the menu, with new delights like vanilla and chocolate marble baked cheese cake, Black Forrest trifle and chocolate brioche with baby pear and custard fruit tartlets taking centre stage.
