The ever popular Table Bay Hotel Beef Burger has undergone a face lift coming back stronger than before using simple ingredients, which is the award winning smoked cheese and a combination of three cuts of beef to give you the best burger.
Executive Chef, Dallas Orr has been working hard on the ultimate cold cut and cheese platter for months now. He has come up with the new “Oscars Platter” , using the best local cured meats like the smoked Kudu, Boerewors salami and award winning cheeses like Tattenhall and Tanglewood, The Table Bay Hotel’s own homemade preserves also feature.
There will not be a riot on Executive Chef, Dallas Orr hands so the classic Posh Fish and Chips has not disappeared.
The perfect summer salad as well as the very popular Caesar salad is the combination of Cremelat Gorgonzola, Frozen Riesling Grape and warm shallot dressing with an explosion of flavor leaving the taste buds wishing for more.
Nothing can be better than sitting in the Table Bay Lounge , sucking of freshly shucked Oysters served with Raspberry Pearls and when popped release a Raspberry essence.
