Table Bay Hotel World Environment WeekThe week of 5 June is Environment Week. The Table Bay Hotel’s Atlantic Grill will be offering a special Fynbos Menu to create awareness about the importance of creating a sustainable future for all.

There are 300 different species of Fynbos, yet there are only about eight plants that are edible. The Fynbos menu is unique to restaurants in Cape Town. The chefs at The Atlantic Grill use natural ingredients grown wild in the environment to produce a culinary delight.
